Interview with SimForHealth: VR Practice Simulation

CES 2017 proved to show the clinical utility of VR in health. And what OSSO VR is doing for surgical training, Sim for Health is doing for practice training. Kristi Hansen Onkka visited the Sim for Health booth to interview Sophia Soulé on her vision for healthcare practice training.
Sim for Health, a member of La French Tech with offices in Boston, Montreal and Bordeaux offers virtual solutions for medical education and healthcare training. For their first participation at CES, they offered booth visitors the opportunity to interact with a virtual emergency medical case in pneumology. This simulation was developed in partnership with the Center for Medical Simulation of the University Hospital in Nice, France. They also collaborated with Harvard Medical International.
Sim For Health was selected as one of four e-health innovations by CES alongside Fitbit, Philips and Sensoria and is showcased in this CES video:
